Cihan Anadologlu has found his home in Munich after many stations. He worked his way up from bartender to bar owner and wrote bar books. His new book „Einmal mit Alles - Der Döner und seine Verwandten“ inspired him to open a high-quality Döner Kebab shop in Germany: Hans Kebab. Hans Kebab - Germany‘s first craft kebab - opened in Munich in March 2021. Coverage about Hans Kebab exceeded all expectations. German TV show Galileo featured Hans Kebab in prime time.
